Terms for Chat.AI

1. Service model

Chat.AI is a hosted application. You receive access to the app itself, not a reusable provider key. Provider credentials remain server-side and are not handed out for external tools or resale.

2. Account rules

Your account currently uses your email address as its primary identifier. That same user-provided email may hold multiple product-access tags across different Gratobeun apps, but it may not hold two separate access records for the same product.

3. Billing and disputes

Top-ups are sold as hosted account credit. If you have a billing problem, the correct path is to contact support and request review or a manual refund.

If you open a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim through the payment provider, account access may be suspended immediately. If the provider resolves the dispute against the platform or removes funds from the platform, the related email can be blacklisted, login can be blocked, and future registration may be refused until staff clears that state.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse of payment providers, abuse of support workflows, attempts to extract provider secrets, interference with platform operations, or any use that violates upstream AI provider rules.

5. Availability and security

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but no hosted service can guarantee uninterrupted uptime or perfect security. Infrastructure failures, provider incidents, unauthorized attacks, and legal orders may affect service availability or data handling.

6. Termination

We may suspend, ban, or permanently remove product access for billing abuse, disputes, chargebacks, fraud signals, policy violations, or behavior that puts the service or other users at risk.
